Within the public sphere he has worked, among others, by request of the Government of the Canary Islands (GESPLAN), giving legal services to the General direction for Spatial Planning of the Ministry of Planning and Environment of the Government of the Canaries (1997-2000), as well as for the legal service area attached to Management Planning service, Cabildo de Gran Canaria (2000-2002).
Since 2002 to 2012 he has been the head of the Department of Administrative and Urban Law at Garrigues, Canary Islands. He also had the opportunity to work for the Canary Public Administration (CA, Town Councils), giving consultations on the creation of various regulatory texts (Law of guidelines, Canaries Energy, Environmental Law Codes and Territorial Law, between other) as well as general legal advices, by issuing opinions, reports and assistance in legal proceedings.
Thanks to his private consultations he has had contact with many of the initiatives and projects that have been made by the entrepreneurs who have invested and continue to invest in the Canaries, investments related to matters such as : Tourism, Development and Residential and Commercial Equipment Goods, Expropriation, Energy, Procurement, etc. Since 2003, participates in a coordinated manner with some engineering and architectural companies, drafting different planning instruments, including (PTP, PTE, PGO , PP , PE, “PAT”).
He has organized and spoke at various conferences and courses in administrative law, and has published several articles in the press and in specialized publications.
Since November 2012, he has begun a new project side to side with other lawyers specialized in different areas of law, with the intention to form a newly established office with all the background and experience of its partners and offer law consultation services.
