Between the years 1997 – 2003 he has been head of the Department of Procedural Law of Garrigues, Canary Islands.
From 2003 to 2012 he has been General Secretary and head of the Legal Department of “La Caja Insular de Ahorros de Canarias”, a savings bank, which has been the leading financial institution in the province of Las Palmas. In the aforementioned period he was also a member of the Legal Committee of the Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks.
He is specialized in the defense of civil litigation, penal and commercial litigation: obligations and contracts, corporate law, financial products litigation, consumer law, real estate law, etc. He also has a great knowledge of the banking sector regulations and the tourist industry regulations and has extensive experience as Secretary and Legal Advisor of several companies in different economic sectors.
